A Coach will:
✓ Lead the coaching relationship
✓ Discover, clarify and comply with the agreed upon goals
✓ Create a safe space and respect confidentiality
✓ Foster coachee’s self-awareness
✓ Help coachee develop solutions and strategies to overcome barriers

A Coachee will: 
✓ Articulate specific coaching goals
✓ Openly and honestly convey the situation, feelings and challenges
✓ Contribute thoughts, ideas and actively participate in the process
✓ Take ownership of follow-up actions
